Our experience with Selgrade Construction was terrific, from start to finish. ****** and crew performed radon mitigation for us, at a very reasonable price. They arrived exactly on time, explained to me everything they would do and how it would work. Then, after finishing the job ****** walked me through what they did and explained how the system would work going forward. We are extremely pleased with the work and grateful we discovered Selgrade and chose them to do the mitigation!

Selgrade Construction came to our home and consulted us on options available to us to mitigate our high levels of radon. ****** was very informative and confident that we could get a system installed at a reasonable price, that would reduce our radon levels to a safe level. Within a few days of acceptance of their proposal, ****** and **** came and installed a system in just a few hours. They did a fantastic job, everything straight, level, well secured, and professional in appearance. After a couple of days of opposition, our radon levels dropped from the high teens to less than 4.0 pCi/l. We are very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

He and the other worker were very pleasant to work with. When doing an initial assessment, we were told that our metal roof should have the original installer come and see the flashing, so our roof warranty would still be covered. *** arranged all of that and included that in his quote.
